All products and services sold on this website are digital-only, including but not limited to:

  • Edited clips

  • Digital media files

No physical items are shipped.

3. Delivery & Communication

  • After purchase, customers will be contacted via email regarding delivery or redemption of purchased items.

  • Digital products and completed services are delivered via email.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid and correct email address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses or failure to check spam/junk folders.

4. Client-Provided Content

For services that require the customer to submit clips, files, or other content:

  • Content must be sent within a reasonable timeframe after purchase.

  • Submitted content must be usable, accessible, and appropriate for the requested service.

We reserve the right to reject a service if:

  • Required content is not sent

  • Files are corrupted or unusable

  • Content does not meet basic requirements to complete the service

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • Required clips or files were not provided

  • Submitted content is unusable, corrupted, or cannot reasonably be used to complete the service

If a service is rejected due to these reasons, a full refund may be issued.

All other sales are FINAL.

6. No Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed or delivered digital products

  • Dissatisfaction with creative style or subjective preferences

  • Failure to check email or spam/junk folders

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect email address provided by the customer

7. Intellectual Property & File Usage

All content created by Kaidens Gaming Studio remains our intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Usage Rights (Finished Edits)

  • Customers are permitted to post finished edits created by Kaidens Gaming Studio on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media.

  • Credit MUST be given in the description or caption when posting finished edits.

Failure to provide credit may result in revocation of usage rights.

Restricted Files (NON-Finished Files)

  • Any files that are NOT finished edits (including but not limited to project files, source files, presets, templates, work-in-progress files, or raw exports) CANNOT be shared, redistributed, resold, or uploaded under any circumstances.

Prohibited Actions

Customers may NOT:

  • Share or distribute any files besides finished edits

  • Share project files or editable files

  • Resell or give away any content

  • Claim ownership of our work

  • Upload non-finished files publicly or privately

  • Use non-finished files for commercial or personal redistribution

Violation of these terms may result in:

  • Immediate termination of service

  • Revocation of usage rights

  • Possible legal action if necessary

8. Limitation of Liability

Kaidens Gaming Studio is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, revenue, or content

  • Issues caused by third-party platforms or services

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access to our website at our discretion, without notice, if these Terms are violated.
