Digital Products & Services
All products and services sold on this website are digital-only (files, videos, and/or edited clips) and are delivered electronically via email. No physical products are shipped.
Delivery & Redemption

After purchase, customers will be contacted via email with instructions to redeem or receive their purchased items.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid and correct email address at checkout.
Client-Provided Content
For services that require customer-submitted clips or files:

All submitted content must be usable, accessible, and appropriate for the requested service.

If clips are not sent, are corrupted, unusable, or do not meet basic requirements, we reserve the right to reject the service.
If a service is rejected due to missing or unusable content, the customer may be eligible for a full refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

Required clips or files were not provided by the customer.

Submitted content is unusable, corrupted, or cannot reasonably be used to complete the service.
Outside of these situations, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for:

Completed or delivered digital files or videos

Dissatisfaction with style, creative choices, or subjective preferences

Failure to check email (including spam/junk folders)

Change of mind after delivery
